IMPORTANT NOTICE:

If you know which dress you want to order, the best way to try to get the dress you want is to go ahead and place your order.  There are 2 reasons for this:

1) Our website representatives will give response priority to the customers who have an actual order pending.

2) Often, if you ask about availability of a dress by email and we tell you the dress is available, by the time you place your order, the dress may be completely sold out everywhere, including with the manufacturer.

Once you place your order, we will contact you as soon as possible regarding availability.  If available, we will process it.  If not, we will void the credit cart authorization and the sale will be cancelled.  We may inform you regarding alternative available sizes/colors before doing this.

You are welcome to email us at any time.  But if  you know which dress you want, go ahead and place your order.  Your credit card is authorized only, not charged until we determine we can get the dress to you by the date you enter in your order.

At this point in the season, if your size is not available, you might want to consider going a size up, if available.  Most customers will do this because most prom dresses require some type of alteration anyway.

But please read our Terms and Conditions and understand that once you place your order, if we can get the dress to you by the date you enter, we will process it and it is a final sale.
