We are confident we have the lowest price of any authorized dealer on the web.  If not, we will beat it by 6%.

If you know which item you want to order, the best way to try to get the item you want is to go ahead and place your order. There are 2 reasons for this:

1) Our website representatives will give response priority to the customers who have an actual order pending.

2) Often, if you ask about availability of an item by email and we tell you the item is available, by the time you place your order, the item may be completely sold out everywhere, including with the manufacturer.

Once you place your order, we will contact you as soon as possible regarding availability. If available, we will process it. If not, we will void the credit card authorization and the sale will be cancelled. We may inform you regarding alternative available sizes/colors before doing this.

You are welcome to email us at any time. But if you know which item you want, go ahead and place your order. Your credit card is authorized only, not charged until we determine we can get the item to you by the date you enter in your order.

If you are ordering a dress and your chosen size is not available, you might want to consider going a size up, if available. Most customers will do this because most prom dresses require some type of alteration anyway.

But please read our Policies and understand that once you place your order, if we can get the item to you by the date you enter, we will process it and it is a final sale.
