FAQ's - I saw a dress on your website and it's not available.

I saw a dress on your website but you said it's not available. Why?

No retailer could possibly carry in-stock every advertised style, every color, every size all the time.  This would require many millions of dollars and probably a building the size of a city.  We carry a large selection in our warehouse but often special order the dress from the manufacturer once you place your order.  The manufacturers don't keep making the dresses throughout the season because these are mostly worn for prom and prom season is short.  They don't want to have a bunch of dresses left over to carry into the next season.   You may still see the dress you want on our site because it may still be available for customers who have a later wear date.
