LAYAWAY PLAN

Our Layaway Plan is a great way to secure the most popular dress styles before they are sold out without having to come up with the entire price now.  Many dresses sell out very quickly everywhere, even for May proms, so order early for best selection.

1) Pay 50% of item price as initial deposit - NONREFUNDABLE / NONCANCELLABLE, plus:

Sales tax (if in CA)                                                                                                              Applicable shipping (if expedited or outside lower 48 states US)

2) Pay two equal remaining payments of 25% plus:

Sales tax (if in CA)

Use Coupon Code LAYAWAY at checkout.  This coupon code will bring the total to the required deposit amount.  By using the LAYAWAY coupon code you understand that you are purchasing under our Layaway Plan and agree to all of the terms and conditions as described in this Plan.  Initial deposit and all subsequent payments, once made, are nonrefundable.

Payments are required each 30 days until balance is paid (2 month plan).  Payments may be made sooner at customer's option. 

To make a Layaway Payment after the initial purchase Click Here.  Find your 5-digit order number and last name, add this to your cart and go through checkout.  This will charge you the correct layaway payment amount.

We will secure the dress for you and hold it in our warehouse once the initial deposit is paid and will ship when we receive the final payment.

If you will need your item before or close to your final due date, be sure to make your final payment in time to allow shipping from California to your shipping address.  If you pay for expedited shipping, estimated shipping to the lower 48 states is approximately 3 business days from the date we ship.  Ground shipping can take up to 10 business days.  More time is required for Hawaii / Alaska, and international shipments.

If your final payment is made before we receive your item from the manufacturer, we will ship it upon arrival to our warehouse.  Often this is the case when an item is on backorder.  When you place your order we will email you more information on estimated date of availability.

Your credit card is authorized only and not charged until we determine that the item is available to be delivered to your shipping address by the date you enter on your order as Wear Date or Date Needed.  If not available in time we will let you know.  Once availability for your wear date is established, we go ahead and capture (charge) the transaction and the sale is final at this point.
